When you enter Quarter Acre, you will be transported to a place of warmth and character. A journey from the earthy green musk of the New Zealand rainforest to the cool blue of the Pacific Ocean.The Culinary Experience:Enjoy food prepared using both classic and modern techniques with a strong influence placed on local and national, seasonal produce. At the same time, global ingredients will also have their place at the table, in particular items from Toby’s home country of New Zealand, such as fresh seafood and unique meats and flavours.When dining with us, Quarter Acre accepts cash, debit, and credit card. A 3.4% convenience fee will be added to all payments made by credit card.

Legendary Medium Rare offers a unique $30.95 prix fixe dinner dinning experience of artisan bread; a mixed green salad; prime, dry-aged steak; and hand-cut fries (Vegetarian option always available) in a relaxed, fun, environment. Our Brunch on weekends can't be topped. Please allow us 15 minutes to seat you after your full party has arrived and after checkin at our host stand.     Treated my wife to a day date. From the moment we walked in, the hostess at the host stand was welcoming and our server Jordan was outstanding with his recommendations. I had the Chicken Parm with the vodka sauce and my wife had the blackened pork chops. We both were surprised at the large portions. The ambience was very inviting. Our only negative review would be the dessert. We wanted the chocolate cake fondue to be warmer and we thought it was too rich. We couldn’t finish it. It was delicious but way too rich for us. Overall, great value, tasty menu and great service. We can’t wait to go back.

    We love our experience at mar y sol the food and drinks was awesome. Our waiter Sofia was so friendly and so helpful, she recommended really good choices on the food and drinks. She definitely made our experience the best! We definitely would be coming back just because of her.

    Attentive service, well-made cocktails, knowledgeable waitstaff, delicious tartar. Creative entrees were tasty and presented beautifully on plate. Well chosen wine by waiter to complement our entrees. We dined outdoors so the noise level was high but it didn’t interfere with our dinner. Overall a great experience and a wonderful addition to Lower Greenville. Please stick around!!
