The White Oak Tavern is a family-owned business, operated by a brother & sister that are Ellicott City locals. The menu includes seasonal scratch made items, sustainable meats & produce from local farms and purveyors. The White Oak Burger is a community favorite and has been recognized as the best burger in Howard County for several years. The outdoor patio is dog friendly with a special dog menu. The bar has 42 rotating craft beers with a wide selection of styles with a free-to-join mug club. This includes a specialty cocktail menu with different seasonal ingredients along with a fresh mocktail menu.     Excellent service - Friendly and attentive staff. Delicious food. Not super crowded when we were there which is why I selected quiet, I have been there when live music was playing and it was too loud for me, but this trip was excellent.

    Wow, where do I begin? From the time my husband and I walked in, to the time we walked out, the experience was “chefs kiss”. The staff, the beautiful decor, the music, the food, the dessert was amazing! This is our new hidden gem! We will definitely be back this weekend to watch the belly dancers! Oh and our waiter gifted me with a beautiful belly dancing scarf for my waist!! What an experience! Oh, last but not least… THE ROBOT delivers your food!! I’m speechless…. 10/10

    We all enjoyed our meals. My husband ordered the duck breast which was excellent, my son ordered the burger and fries that he thoroughly enjoyed, and I ordered a special which was Frenched Huli Huli Chicken with rice and haricot vert which was amazing. I heartily endorse this restaurant. The wine selections were perfect. Don't turn down dessert. We had creme brulee, bread pudding and pecan tart all of which were perfection. I can also recommend the arancini appetizer which is delicious.

    The service was excellent and very attentive. The food was great but the portion isn’t very large for the price however the quality and taste were incredible. The crafted drinks tasted great. And most of all the music was amazing and set the best ambiance. This is a great date place.
