This long-established restaurant in Ealing is known affectionately by its customers as “Mrs Chow’s” in homage to the lady in charge of the cooking, who believes in using fresh, natural ingredients. Feeling adventurous? Swap sesame prawn toast for “shredded jellyfish with three delicacies” or “frog’s leg in black bean sauce”. If not, don’t worry – you’ll do just as well with traditional starters like satay chicken or sweet-and-sour won ton. What a wonderful Sunday lunch. Pork belly and Beef Wellington were equally divine. Our daughter's rated the hash browns as the " best ever" and rated the children's menu options highly .The Christmas pudding was delicious according to my husband and the trifle I had contained the best custard I ever tasted. Overall beautifully presented food, attentive service and a laid back, welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely recommend to our friends and return soon. Thank you for the birthday card too, which was a lovely touch.
