Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher.     My family and I had an amazing experience at The Capital Grille - Rosemont/O’Hare. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Our waiter, Mr. Alex, was not only incredibly attentive and kind but also multi-talented. He sang a beautiful happy birthday song for my sister and even engaged us in a delightful conversation about world languages like Spanish, Japanese, and Tagalog. The ambiance was enhanced by the stunning portraits of Chicago’s influential figures, which made the evening feel even more special. Chef Carlos did an outstanding job with our meals. The 14oz NY strip steak was cooked to absolute perfection, and the calamari appetizer was divine. My entire family was thoroughly impressed, and we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Thank you for such a memorable dining experience!

    Great brunch in a very festively decorated Zia’s. Split the breakfast pizza and it was OUTSTANDING! It’s 8 pieces and more than enough for sharing. Daughter loved the Nutella French toast with bananas. Good service, a bit loud which wasn’t a problem, but something to be aware of.
