Boiler House at Pearl is a true Texas original. Situated in the historic Pearl Brewery complex on the San Antonio River Walk, this wine-centric restaurant occupies the former “boiler house” which powered the adjacent brewery. Lead by Executive Chef Alberto "Beto" Gutierrez, the menu focuses on grilled items from local farms and markets, with a focus on “Texas ranch-style” cuisine. These delicacies are paired with extraordinary wines from around the world (available by the glass, bottle and “to-go”), full bar, live music and a casual yet energetic atmosphere. The unique list of wines boasts some of the lowest prices in the area.The restaurant incorporates various private dining areas suitable for private or corporate functions and an expansive outdoor patio area where guests can enjoy dining alfresco. We can host groups anywhere from 9 up to 290 guests in our unique, flexible private event spaces.

    We went here for our 13th wedding anniversary. Where to start? Immediately, we were sat given complementary champagne. Our waitress Jewles was wonderful!!! Very, very on point. Checked on us frequently went out of her way on one of our requests. There was a small hickup with my husband's order, but right away, a manager came to explain the situation and wasn't a big deal to us, just more tad of a wait. Then 2 free desserts to end the night!!! Honestly, the whole night was good and food amazing! Jewels was 10+ stars for her waiting services if I could give that! Will definitely be back!

    We went for our 38th Anniversary and the evening was perfect! It was probably the absolute best dining experience we have ever had! From the moment we entered the front door every single employee that greeted us was impeccable. They were friendly, extremely accommodating and attentive. I have certain dietary restrictions and they went above and beyond to be accommodating. Our server Brad was a true credit to his profession and made our entire night fabulous! Our meal, of course, was delicious but the entire experience was what did it for us! Well done Bonahan’s, well done!

    Great lunch experience! We were promptly seated in the historic brewery. The food was delicious. The Snapper Throats ere perfectly fried and served with tartar sauce and a yummy remoulade sauce. The hamburger was delicious.. with a bacon jam as a condiment added to the burger. We ended our meal with a tasty Carrot Cake. Service was also great!
