Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. Delightful food and awesome service. Kaushal gave us his undivided attention and was great. Very pleasant and courteous team members, great ambiance and a huge variety of tasty vegetarian choices. Highly recommended
