Our in-house microbrewery is another iconic addition to everything that The Squire’s Landing is. From James Squire’s iconic crafts, to our limited release small batch brews, you’re bound to come across something unique in our Brewhouse. Our Brewhouse menu boasts hearty pub classics with a twist.The Ground Floor Brewhouse accepts reservations all year round with seasonal minimum spends. Please refer to the booking widget and your specific date for the minimum spend. We take groups of 15-30 guests. For all smaller groups and parties that do not wish to prepay a minimum spend, the venue is available on a walk-in basis. Reservations for the Restaurant on the 1st floor can be made through the "Squire's Waterfront Restaurant" on open table.10% surcharge applies on Sundays. 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. All Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent at all times across the whole venue.We look forward to hosting you!

The name “Ichoume” comes from the address of this street. Ichoume is located on ‘1’ Harbour Street, Darling Quarter. That’s why we named the restaurant “Ichoume” (Choume is used for addresses in Japan.     Everything is great once we arrived. However, when I called to say we were running late and that two people were last minute cancellations, the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude to me. "Would be great for more notice next time." Was her response to me. I had just called to be courteous about the time so was not expecting this at all. We ended up having 5 people dining and the somm and service was great. Just a bit disappointed with the calling situation - especially when I was trying to be polite about us running late. Have heard about this same complaint from other professionals. You'll need to let this person (no idea of her name) know, that this type of behavior is unacceptable - especially when someone calls to politely let you know we are running late. Will be back, but would love for this to be taken on board. Cheers.

    We had my daugters 21st here on Saturday night. Staff were very friendly from security to bar staff. Service was amazing! There was 24 of us .We had the brewers feast Which was so much more than we expected food tasted amazing!! Can highly recommend!
