Our Italian chefs strive to create the perfect menu using seasonal ingredients for their surprising entrees; every day we present a variety of northern Italian delights from simple comforts such as pan seared sea bass to delicate pasta and fabulous risotto.Risotto is indeed our flagship dish. We only use Carnaroli rice – the “king of the rice”; thanks to its particular characteristics and firm texture the Carnaroli grain maintains its shape during the slow cooking required for a perfect and creamy risotto.     What a great experience we had at Taverna. I love Risotto and Taverna makes it in an amazing way. I always look forward to the Risotto special - which this time was seafood (including lobster) and a wonderful light tomato sauce! So special and so good. The other special - Lamb Chops - was equally good. Great wine list, always. But most importantly, the team working at the Legacy West location was fantastic. From the time we approached the door through our entire experience. Keep doing what you are doing - you are all amazing.

    Beautiful upscale restaurant that my husband and I love. We eat at them all over the country. The food choices are great and always good portions and flavors. The service is off the charts. We have eaten there 30-40 times and always have great service. I recommend the Chilean Seabass but my husband likes the steaks. You can’t go wrong. Very consistent. That’s what keeps us coming back. Tonight we had our anniversary and they gave us desserts and Champagne. They always make you feel special.
