Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. For over 19 years, M Grill has served the most traditional and authentic Brazilian Churrasco style BBQ. All of our beef are Aged Black Angus, which are seasoned with rock salt only, just as it has been done for centuries in the Pampas of Southern Brazil.     The staff was amazing and took great care of us. The setting in and the view was spectacular The drinks were delicious. The different dishes were magical. My favorite was the tuna and tots. I did not care for the sweet corn because it was a mixture of corn and hominy.

    Celebrated my boyfriends birthday here and we will be returning to celebrate our anniversary soon. The meats are top tier! The salad bar had good options. Drinks we had were great. Overall, great experience. However the highlight of out night was the picahna and the service!! Our server whose name I’ve forgotten (young latina with two stars on her cheek 😊), was absolutely attentive and made us want to go back soon.

    The dining experience at Fogo de Chão was absolutely delightful. The food was incredibly delicious, with a wide variety of expertly grilled meats that were cooked to perfection. The customer service was truly outstanding - the staff, from the servers to the "meat men," were all incredibly pleasant, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere of the restaurant was clean, cozy, and inviting. It had a wonderful ambiance that made for an enjoyable and relaxing dining experience. Overall, Fogo de Chão is a clear winner when it comes to providing exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic Brazilian steakhouse experience. Shout out to Mikey and Marina!
