Fantastic as always. My Manhattan was perfect.

We had been to Prime once before, for a special event with the Phoenix Mercury so knew we were in for a dining treat. We were not disappointed. While very pricey, it is definitely worth it for a special night out. We started with the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and large. The remoulade sauce was terrific. Hubby got the strip steak and a twice-baked potato. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, coming to our table exactly medium rare. The twice-baked potato was creamy and cheesy. I had the 10 ounce filet mignon, which is way more than I can eat so I knew leftovers were coming home. I got the dirty potatoes and let me say DO NOT PASS THESE UP! Holy mother of god were they good! Small fingerling potatoes roasted, then toasted in salt and pepper, bacon, chives, a buttermilk sauce and a special Peruvian (?) pepper seasoning. I want more NOW!!!! Service was good without being overwhelming.

The Keg, despite location, beats every big brand, big name, big price steakhouse, everytime. The Rib Steak was, is always phenomenal. Perfect, no matter temp or finish. Always good service. On this particular visit, the Oscar was terrible but not deducting any points as the purpose was for Steak.

What an experience! Everything about this amazing establishment was outstanding. From the first moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The waiting area bar where the drinks were made to perfection to the service we had explaining each course. Lets not forget the dishes that were prepared with such delicacy and precision with a taste "experience" in every bite. The cost is a bit high but not due to the fact the food quality isn't worth it, just an expensive meal. We will return none the less and will highly recommend to all of our friends and family. Well Done!

Overall all a good experience as usual. It had been awhile since we had been there since it’s not convenient so we were disappointed that their menu had changed and our favorites had been removed.
