Great experience, service was perfect, as well as ambiance. The amuse-bouche was a nice touch and it was delicious. The temperature of all dishes could have been hotter. The gnocchi was our least favorite dish, very dense and paste like. The lobster was the best that I have tasted, cooked perfectly. Overall it was a great experience.

Wonderful selection of salads, entrees and desserts. The salad selection was outstanding, very fresh and varied. Nice selection of fish and meats. The red snapper was a little dry. Our waiter Jose was attentive with excellent timing and a sense of humor. Will definitely be returning. Our only complaint was the $30 fee for self parking.

Had a lovely experience at Posana. Our waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating and especially nice to us on a big event evening. The food. So good. We shared an assortment of small plates including the pear burratta (get the burrata), roasted veggies, grain salad, and cheese biscuits. AND the tahini tiramasu to end on. So delicious. Very nice evening. We were seated immediately, staff was very welcoming and service was excellent. Our food was excellent, particularly the Beef Pot Roast, the corn bread, and the sides with the Beef Pot Roast. Very pleasant environment and it was quiet...we were able to talk easily.

Outstanding service!!! In the recent years, I would say that Ruth's Chris food and service has gone down..... in Charlotte!! But this one was OUTSTANDING!! Reminds me of how RUTH CHRIS used to be years ago!!! Food and service was great!! From the 2 Hostess, our waiter Levi and the manager Trisha!!! She went above and beyond to accommodate us. We drove here from Georgia and had a great time. We will be back. GOD BLESS ASHEVILLE!!
