Built in 1847, the pristine four-acre estate and beautiful mansion welcome you before you reach the driveway. Whether you dine in one of the mansion’s eight dining rooms decorated in traditional Spanish décor, attend a wedding or corporate event in the pavilion, or sit out back on the patio, the cuisine of Spain and delicious drinks make for an unparalleled dining experience.     This place was packed. It felt like a true steakhouse experience over the holidays. Service is excellent. Food is wonderful. Me son loved the lamb chops. The white fish is actually an excellent price point and I think tasted better than the miso cod (too sweet for my taste).  The service is excellent and we are always treated like royalty. Wonderful birthday dinner. The entire family loved it. Thank you Gibsons for always delivering !!

    First time here. Tremendous blend of tastes from start to finish ! We tried 3 unique cocktails and were not disappointed. The Fig Carré is my favorite. For starters the Potted Carrots and Shaved Butternut First timers & Squash were delicious! Of the pastas our favorite ended up being Stuffed Farfalle with Pappardelle coming in 2nd. The rainbow trout was excellent & light. We so enjoyed every taste! The butter cake was THE BOMB. Service was attentive and top notch . Was exceptional culinary experience.

    We had a wonderful lunch experience. From the warm welcome upon entering and throughout the entire meal. Our wait person (Yudit) was very friendly and helpful with explaining different dishes to us and making recommendations. each dish we orders was prepared to perfection. We have enjoyed many meals with Meson Sabinka over the years and we plan on many more.
