Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine adapted its name from one of the oldest cities in the world, Istanbul, which was once known as the Constantinople in the early 13th century. The name “Bosphorous” taken from the strait that lies in the center of Istanbul connecting the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara, Europe to Asia. The decor of this eatery is kept to minimum to draw the attention to the food. A forever favorite spot. Anytime in Disney Springs, this is our go to (even making reservations well in advance). Grateful for another lovely experience with excellent service and incredible food - shrimp, salad, mac-n-cheese (adult and child versions), steak, roasted chicken, and cocktails! Yum!

Everything from the reservation process to the host to the server to the food and to the pricing was absolutely fabulous. The quality today is just as good today as it was 10 years ago. That says a lot for management standards and the chefs themselves. Can’t say enough about how good this restaurant is.
