Dinner on Valentines night is always a tricky thing. We chose Pino because we knew we could plan on a great experience. The atmosphere was festive with the inclusion of the gift of a rose. The food was delicious as always and the service was excellent. They really make you feel special regardless of how busy they are. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Wanna give a shout out to the best staff (Lindsay our server - the best, Todd the manager - incredible, Nerissa at the bar - always phenomenal, and Caitlyn backing up -super attentive and wonderful) - all make the best dining experience in Upstate New York!!! We had an incredible experience!! Food and drink were delicious and the staff was attentive and detail oriented. Would definitely come back again!!!

The food was outstanding and served with professionalism. Our waiter was able to help us with any of the wines that would go with our order....very knowledgeable. And, we did not feel rushed.

Excellent everything!! Definitely one of my favorite places to eat. Food is great, service is always top notch, food is served in a timely manner and is of the highest quality.
