At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment. In addition to our menu, our chefs prepare a varied assortment of daily specials that always add an element of interest to our every-day offerings.

Join Chef Massimo for an artful blend of Italian and Mediterranean cuisines paired with an award winning wine list and full bar. Appetizers range from Hudson Valley Grade-A Foie Gras, Pistachio coated Pan Seared Duck and Brie to Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and rice flour battered calamari. A rich, creamy lobster bisque is a favorite among customers. Other specialties include Veal Cognac in a creamy truffle sauce, veal chop, sweetbreads, risotto and Chilean Sea Bass. Last, but not least, are the homemade delectable desserts. Complementing his efforts in the kitchen is the gracious, knowledgeable and efficient staff.     We celebrated our Losada Vision Christmas party and we had a great time. Service was exquisite Megan was our server and the quality was incredible as usual. We really enjoyed the experience! We love the Fleming’s brand and we will continue to return. The new flagship is beautiful!

    We were seated on time with our dinner reservation. We opted to sit outside which was a beautiful evening overlooking the Intracoastal waterway. The service was timely and the waiter was friendly enough. Everyone enjoyed their selection of entrees and we indulged in the flan and the guava turnover for dessert which was delectable. We were glad we chose to sit outside because we noticed the noise level inside was quite loud. We have been to the Columbia Restaurant numerous times and the food quality and taste remains consistent. Always enjoyable.

    We had a fantastic Christmas meal. The grouper special was done perfectly. Dining outside in December is the best and they had heaters running to keep it toasty and comfortable. ClearSky never disappoints!

    We went for Christmas eve dinner, had martinis at bar first, ou table was ready exactly when we were, we ordered a few appetizers as our meal they were outstanding.

    A top chef serving only the finest food. Going there for 17 years and hard to believe it gets better and better each time. Massimo never disappoints with his Italian and continental master pieces. His servers have been there from day one and that says loads about this romantic gem.
