Varanese settled in Louisville because of its successful independent dining scene, and he believes that the people of Louisville will appreciate fresh ingredients, prepared with a creative flair and a culturally diverse menu. The food and service were great. We got there earlier than expected and they were able to seat us immediately. We had sea bass & duck breasts and it was outstanding.

way too loud, that's the only problem when we try to come with more than just two of us sitting near each other. wish there was a way to do some ceiling sound insulation!

This Bistro was perfect! Amazing bourbon menu and the food was delicious. They were also very accommodating to our needs. Nice music touch and quaint atmosphere to actually talk amongst our group.

Food was amazing and the portions were huge! I highly recommend this place and I am not a huge lover of steak. I ordered the lobster Mac and cheese and the Brussels sprouts for my dinner. I had a taste of my husbands steak, which was so good that I would consider getting steak there.
