Miku is truly one of our favorite restaurants in Vancouver! The food is consistently outstanding, offering a perfect blend of flavors and presentation. Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! Exceptional staff, service, ambiance, food quality and hospitality. This is my third time enjoying Hector’s creations and he never disappoints. The Botanist staff is worth experiencing as much as the food. Absolutely superb quality and food pairing, wine paring and menu creativity. The menu changes with the season but if you are around in the winter anything suck, lamb or pepper salmon is and will be divine. This is a must experience!

Pizza dough was outstanding. Great experience and good atmosphere along with noise level.

I booked open table and got a very nice standard table Not noisy at all so we could talk n at least hear each other I had tuna tartare as appetizer And than Salmon in honey mustard and alternated vegetables for mashed potatoes My family had steak and French onion soup Than to finish off our dinner we had their mud pie Everything was so delicious Everything was perfectly done
