I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows. The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. I have been going to Flagler Steak House numerous times we love going there especially Christmas time. I have to say that the service was not that good this time that our food was served to the table and the pervious time the server would put the Tomahawk Steak for 2 on our plate. This time the food was just placed on the table . ( Not Good ). I have to say that the server had too many tables . Food was excellent , Appetizer ,Steak, and deserts were excellent, but the server was so/so.

It was our first time in this restaurant and I loved it. It exceeded my expectations. I took my husband to celebrate his birthday with a beautiful dinner and I was looking for an Italian restaurant, elegant, clean, quiet, with a pleasant atmosphere and this was a great experience. The service was good. It was very loud and noisy. The prices are just way too expensive for the amount of food that you get. Since they did the renovation, I guess they decided to raise all the prices and give you less food so this will be our last time going back there and we’ve been there several times

Wonderful as always, the only disappointment was the vegetarian stew, which was bland and prepared with no aromatics. Otherwise, a completely delightful evening.
