Established in 1983, Chamard Vineyards, is one of the Connecticut Wine Trails founding fathers. Aspen is back on our "go to" list! We enjoyed our dinner and he service. I found the lobster bolognese unique and delicious, while my wife enjoyed the Lamb Stew entre. It's a great place to enjoy a fine dinner!
