Brought my boyfriend here to celebrate his 40th birthday. We arrived to an opening celebratory warm drink from the chef before being shown to our table. At the table we found a handwritten happy birthday card and proceeded to have the best dinner either of us has had in awhile. It was amazing. Our waiter, Nickoli ( hope I am spelling it correctly) was phenomenal. We loved our time here and left with full belly’s and happy hearts. Much thanks!

Love the food and service, but i do wish the staff wasn’t as attentive because it felt like we were being pushed out. Logically, I understand; however, it’s difficult to have a meaningful conversation when there is someone asking to grab the leftovers every 5 mins or so…

Bluestone was the perfect lunch place for our group of 5. No one rushed us and since we had not seen each other for some time it was great to savor our meeting without interruption. The food was excellent with lots of choices for everyone. Our server was pretty quiet but he didn't seem to mind our rowdiness.

I typically don't leave restaurant reviews, but I want to commend Nora and Cannon. I was served by Nora, who was extremely knowledgeable and in tune with what I wanted and needed. She impressed me with her ability to meet me at my level of knowledge with wine without talking down to me. I also had the opportunity to meet Cannon, who was very engaging and checked in on me to ensure that I had everything I needed. In their own styles, they both made me feel special, and they deserve recognition.

My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and the Tagliata staff were so celebratory by writing us a personalized card and bringing out complimentary Prosecco. The service was outstanding—genuinely one of the best experiences we’ve had at a restaurant. The food was delicious and some of the best, most authentic Italian we’ve tasted.
