The Plumed Horse Restaurant has been a beacon of South Bay fine dining since 1952. Led by Executive Chef Peter Armellino, it is a destination for those travelling to visit, yet retains its landmark status as a place to relax, unwind, enjoy, and indulge for locals. Michelin has agreed, awarding Chef Peter a star for 15 consecutive years.Chef's tasting menu, composed of multiple courses featuring items from local farms and fishermen, is the highlight. A la carte is offered in select seatings on certain evenings.Wear whatever makes you comfortable, but you are here for a special night out, dressing up is fun! While not required, suits, sportcoats and classy attire will generally get you the best seats in the house.We are an "adult restaurant."     Moses, our waiter, is always such a delight. Dinner was delicious. My daughter always orders the ahi, and she says it's the best. I ordered the braised short ribs, and they never diasapute. Their steaks are always well prepared, vegetables are perfectly cooked, and a great wine selection. I have never had a bad meal here.

    We had the 4-course tasting menu, and it was fantastic! The meal left us full and satisfied. The cocktails—Project G, Cosmopolitan, and Calm Seas—were phenomenal, with smooth textures, great mouthfeel, and complex flavors. The service was exceptional and truly elevated the experience! We enjoyed the Kona Kanpachi Crudo, Lobster Ravioli with Black Truffle, Basque Cheesecake, and Paris-Brest. Already looking forward to our next visit to The Plumed Horse!

    The staff (Heather and Matthew) were friendly, attentive, and made some very delicious drinks. The chef personally brought our steaks out to us, Top notch. I would Definitely bring my clients, business associates, and family here for dinner and drinks.
