Il Capriccio serves a constantly changing Northern Italian menu featuring local products with an award winning Italian wine and Grappa list. Though long considered a local secret, Il Capriccio has been the number one Northern Italian restaurant in Zagat's for the past seven years. Hadn't been to Branch Line since before the pandemic but it was as good as I remembered it had been. Good service, tasty food, nice sized portions, energetic crowd...what else can I say? We'll be back next time we're in the neighborhood and will actually order less food since the portions of salads and sides are quite large.

Food is consistently good here. It was Wednesday and therefore burger night - perfectly cooked as ordered and fries were hot and crispy. We also got delicious parsnip soup. Last week we tried the ziti with lamb bolognese - also excellent. Looking forward to having the duck board again this winter. Staff is friendly and efficient.

As always, the food was outstanding as server, Catherine she was exceptional. She’s very dedicated to her job and she was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the menu.
