At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. Pizza was very good, Squid Ink pasta was good, Osso Bucco was very good and the Ricotta Honeycomb app was excellent! Service was very good ambiance could be improved with more space between tables.

As always great food, a little disappointed with basically the Veterans Special and the way it's handled. Their meal is really not free, you have to purchase a meal to get their's free. Most places we've gone offer a "special Veterans Entree menu", it offers some kind of steak ( usually sirloin or chicken, or fish or pasta). I just think these people have sacrificed so much for us, a free meal isn't much to offer, especially when Most of them bring in a spouse or someone they'll be buying a meal for, but it shouldn't have to be the lesser of two meal cost. That doesn't seem right.
