The sear on the Chilean sea bass was unmatched. The side with the bass was cold, however. There was a decent bit of "server station" noise and "server discussions" we could hear from our private booth. Which, was a very pleasant surprise. I don't think we've experienced that before. Especially our server, Dahar (sp ?). She took great care of us and the timing of the food deliveries was perfect. We always appreciate the lack of a corkage fee as we usually bring our favorite, impossible to buy locally, wine with us.
