Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. Great experience overall. Would definitely return. Our last course took a while to come out but the kitchen threw in an extra dish for free. Totally understandable because it was busy. Servers were very kind and fast.

Excelente atención desde el recibimiento, el servicio muy bueno, la ambientación es buena aunque sería más acogedor estuviera un poco menos iluminado. La comida y la variedad exquisita, muy recomendable. Cuidan todos los detalles, nos obsequiaron el postre por celebrar nuestro aniversario, fue un súper detalle. Quedamos encantados
