We went on a Friday night and people were queuing out the door waiting for tables so prebooking is definitely recommended. The food is spicy as you would expect so if you want your fries with less spice then ask for the BBQ sauce to be left off. I had made a dinner reservation in open table over 2 months ago and even after showing one the reservation they contributed to look for the name or reservation.
