Hana Koa is a full production brewery in the heart of Kaka’ako. We have a full kitchen with daily and monthly specials. Featuring two full bars including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.We ask all our guests to abide by time limits so we can accommodate as many guests as possible each evening. 1-4 guests = 90 minutes 5 or more = 120 minutes RESERVATION POLICIES: -All parties larger than 15 will be asked to place a deposit. We sat in the large patio area outside. It was very pleasant, with balmy weather and light trade winds, and we liked the live music (a solo guitarist/singer). We ordered from the Happy Hour menu and the food and drinks were inexpensive. Even though the restaurant was busy we were served quickly. My friend ordered the local shrimp and chips and I had the tempura fish and chips. Our waitress brought us a small glass of Prosecco (no charge) before our meal arrived. The food was delicious and well prepared. The coating on the seafood was light and crispy (not greasy). The service was excellent. Shout outs to our pleasant and friendly waitress Mahina and to the host Kody. We liked the restaurant so much we came back for dessert the same evening after we attended a music event!

The Podmore is a gem of a place! It is a gorgeous space with staff that are kind and thoughtful. That attentiveness is part of the menu too: it is simply one of the best places in Honolulu for a creative and tasty cocktail; the food too is wonderful. I go every few months with a friend or when friends are in town and each time, we have a delightful experience. Top-notch!
