Inspired by the wood-fired Robata grills of Japan, Mizu offers a refreshed take on live-fire cooking atop the Hyatt Centric in the heart of Charlotte’s SouthPark neighborhood. Opened in August of 2021 and named one of 2022's "25 Best New Restaurants" and "50 Best Restaurants" by Charlotte Magazine, the rooftop restaurant by Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) combines the traditions of ancient Japanese cooking with Southern influences and Asian flavors. Located at Atherton Mill in Charlotte's historic South End neighborhood, Indaco (Italian for "indigo") serves Italian cuisine. Wood-fired pizzas, hand-crafted pastas, housemade salami and cured sausages fill the restaurant's menu which can be enjoyed family-style or a la carte.
