The Britannia is Richmonds leading independent restaurant and bar. Located in the centre of town and down a very pretty cobbled alleyway, we are next to historic Richmond Green and two minutes from the Waterside.We have two large outside spaces - A roof terrace for traditional dining and a garden that lends itself to drinks and lighter fare. The bar inside is cosy with the bustle of a busy space and the upstairs restaurant tables have white cloths and lamps for a more intimate feel.Serving Day Boat Fish and Chips to grilled Lobster, Vegan and Vegetarian dishes along with award winning Mackens of Chiswick Steaks, simply the finest food in the area. Our Wine list has more than a nod to the old world, showing not only the best of Burgundy and Bordeaux but also more eclectic boutique wines from Italy, Spain and even the USA.We pride ourselves on our cocktails. Villa di Geggiano has for more than five centuries, been renowned for hospitality and generosity as well as delicious food and sumptuous wines.
