Casa Vega, in Sherman Oaks, opened its doors in 1956 and has been serving the people of Southern California ever since. Local residents, and even celebrities, have flocked to the family-run Mexican restaurant currently run by Christy Vega Fowler, daughter of original owner, Rafael Vega. While the decor is modern, the menu still reflects traditional Mexican menu staples. The extensive menu allows for every person to find something to enjoy. Homemade house guacamole, or one of the many soup or salad options, make for a great starter. The entree options are plentiful. Petit Trois Le Valley, the second outpost of Chef Ludo Lefebvre's beloved bistro, opened its doors in 2018 in Sherman Oaks. Ordered the prime rib . Was excellent and one of the best we’ve had. The staff was awesome and the restaurant had an amazing view . Went for my girlfriend’s birthday and she left wanting to come back . Fellas bring your woman here you can’t go wrong and the food is top notch grab a drink those were good too .

Castaway is an amazing location. Elegant, sophisticated and welcoming to all. We got to sit in the patio/veranda view section overlooking the city and beyond. The food was delicious and had no leftovers from us.
