The taste of their steak was truly divine. I would recommend this to all of my friends, their entrees, main courses, and desserts are all sublime. Highly recommend, the atmosphere was very soothing, the mood was relaxing, and the food was amazing. Service was very attentive, and the staff was very friendly. The way some of the meals were cooked in front of my own eyes was splendid. Would come here again, and was glad to be able to eat here.

Food is INCREDIBLE!! Service is 10/10 and the atmosphere is just one of a kind. HIGHLY recommend this place. It is pricy but worth every cent for the memories you will get from this place!

From the moment we stepped inside the high-scale boutique hotel that houses this gem, we were captivated. The ambiance exudes elegance and class, the lobby itself is a work of art, and the signature scent in the air? Absolutely divine. It sets the stage for an evening of indulgence. Then came the food. The tuna pizza? A showstopper. The duck and filet mignon? Out of this world—expertly cooked, rich in flavor, and unforgettable. And the desserts? The Chocolate in a Cup and Chocolate Cigar with passion fruit mousse are simply unbeatable. The perfect balance of decadence and brightness. But what truly makes this place extraordinary is the elegance and class of the lady owner, who is always present, ensuring perfection. She tends to the tables, supports her team, and makes sure every detail is flawless. Her passion and dedication shine through in every aspect of the restaurant. And then there’s Paul. If Salt & the Cellar is a five-star experience, Paul makes it a six. His service was flawless, his timing impeccable, and his passion for hospitality undeniable. Paul anticipated everything before we even asked. Paul made our night perfect. Salt & the Cellar isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. From the breathtaking ambiance to the meticulous attention to detail, it’s a place that lingers in your mind long after you leave. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out on one of the finest dining experiences imaginable. And when you go? Ask for Paul. It was our 1st experience, and it was amazing. Brittany was so attentive and very helpful. She was one of the best servers we've had in a long time. We will be back and ask for her! The food and drinks were so delicious. It's one of my favorite meals ever and we've been to lots of restaurants. I wasn't excited to sit by the kitchen and an outside door but was so happy once the meal got started because it was awesome to see and hear the amazing chefs work together. I'm so gleaming. A perfect early Valentines dinner with my husband.

Great restaurant with great food. Service was exceptional at this restaurant. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful with recommendations. Drinks and wine were good. Loved every selection we had. A wonderful leisurely dining experience. The setting was ideal. The prices are very fair. The location is great as you can walk around Disney Springs before or after dinner. We did not have the paella but it looked incredible.
