This is a one-of-a-kind Skybar experience allowing guests a close view of our 149 year old firehouse, bell tower and original stained glass windows. A unique cross between a chop house and Crudo bar, Hook & Ladder features Certified A5 Japanese wagyu beef that will melt in your month. Dry aged Steak offerings including 32 days dry aged Porterhouse (28oz), 32 days aged Tomahawk Ribeye (40oz) that will taste decidedly beefy, much like a rare roast beef, while also taking on subtler hints of other delicious flavors. The filet duo was delicious and of course the fried oysters were the best. The wedge salad with seafood was also fantastic. Add steak to it for a truly delicious meal!

Staying at West and Main.. so thought we would check out this place within the hotel. The environment is very soothing and relaxing. We were seated by a window which was even better. Our cocktails were amazing. I had the braised beef ribs which was probably the best meal I’ve ever had in the past 10 years! The meat fell apart in my mouth. The taste was amazing. My husband had grilled oysters and the mushroom soup which was also one of the best I’ve had in a long time! Our waitress was sweet and kind and I would definitely recommend having this experience. Yes it’s a high-end restaurant and the prices are a little higher than normal but for the experience and the quality of food, it’s totally worth it.

We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday at Blondie and from the moment we walked in we were treated warmly by the friendly staff:). It was so nice to received a champagne toast to begin our celebration ! Service was friendly & efficient and the food was delicious! This was my first time dining here, and we will be back! Everything was amazing!

This was a wonderful surprise find on a busy Saturday night! The menu is full of interesting items (we shared the spinach artichoke drip - so yummy!)the restaurant was decorated and festive for the holidays and our server was wonderful. We will definitely be back!
