Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Our first time there and it blew us away! The cocktails are super creative and delicious, the food is outstanding, and the tiramisu OMG! Mackenzie was super lovely and attentive. Braci did not disappoint!

The staff at Karoo are excellent. Once again we had a delicious meal. Their Salt & Pepper Squid with Garlic Aioli as an entree was perfect and the Cuban Pizza was delicious. Pancetta, Prawns and Pineapple. Interesting combination, but always delicious.
