Eva Coombs passed on her respect for quality ingredients, an emphasis on the nourishing benefits of food and most importantly, the shared pleasure of eating. Extremely helpful. The chef created something custom for my daughter to accommodate her diet needs. The food was excellent. The waiter was amazing. They greeted my daughter with a smile and "happy birthday!" I'll be going here again, no doubt.

ALWAYS incredible food and great service. I've loved Eva since I had my first meal in SLC while visiting in 2018. Now, I take my work team, friends, and family when they visit. The mushroom pizza and carrots are my favorite. The team is always so accommodating to my reservation changes. Great place to share things!

Food was fantastic, cocktails were on point! Our server Rachel was excellent. Highly recommend the Inca Sunset roll, Wagyu Gyoza, Chaufa Fried Rice, and the Tokyo Flame to drink.
