We have a 2 acre organic garden onsite that we utilize as much as possible for our dishes. Our menu changes regularly based on local and seasonal availability.     We had to wait quite a bit for another party to leave for our 7 PM reservation. Manager Ryan came over to explain the party had been there for 2 1/2 hours. I guess they only have one table that holds 5 people? 🤔 The restaurant was not super busy for a Saturday night (not a lot of people waiting in the lobby area. Once seated, our food & service was amazing.

    Fabulous service, fabulous food, but the noise is too loud. I want to have a nice dinner and converse with my friends and not have to shout to be heard . I realize the music only plays this loud on Friday and Saturday nights, but it is extremely annoying when you’re paying these prices for good food. You have two nice of a restaurant to ruin the ambience, food, and service with loud club type music.     Extraodrinary from start to finish. From the moment we were greeted until we got in our car, everything was perfection. The service was unobtruisvely top-notch. The food was delicious. The preparation and presentation were unique. The room and ambiance was relaxing. There are even some surprises along the way, but I don't want to be a spoiler.

    Love the new decor at Ztejas Chandler, i use to come her regularly before i moved to CA. Happy we are moving back and will visit regularly. Love the food, and i hear there is live music coming to the restaurant! Can't wait. :)
