Thank you for a wonderful 2024 season! twenty-eight Atlantic is closed for fine dining for the season and will resume in mid- March of 2025!Housed in Wequassett Resort's Eben Ryder House, an 18th-century sea captain’s home, twenty-eight Atlantic is one of the most stunning settings to dine in New England. From July 1st, 1957, there had been two owners of Pates, Cloyde Pate followed by the Gardner family of Chatham. Mr. Pate opened the doors to what would soon become one of Cape Cod’s most beloved restaurants. Once a cozy hamburger and ice cream stand, Pates grew to be a place of celebration, camaraderie, and community. From the bonds staff made during countless summer seasons, to the engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, and family gatherings, Pates has been a backdrop for exceptional moments and people.
