We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community. All seafood is also locally sourced from Florida waters, including clams from Cedar Key, white shrimp and squid from Cape Canaveral, and Snapper, grouper, and other seasonal catch from Ponce Inlet. Exceptional!!! We started with hummus and zucchini appetizers. My husband had the red snapper and I had the branzino. Unlike anywhere in the world. Yes $70 or more for each dish but well worth it. Very delicious!! A very memorable meal. We had outstanding service. I highly recommend for foodies !!!

Was a delicious experience. Next time I’d opt for a booth seating over a high top given high tops proximity to the bar. I love the fast service and the old fashion came out just right. Wish I had more time to stay around but it’s a perfect place whether you intend to linger and enjoy company or have a quick bite. Will be back again

Best Vietnamese/Asian we have ever eaten. Mango salad and crispy wok fried rice were cooked to perfection. Healthy portions served in a great setting.
