Stable Café is open from 4PM to 8pm daily for guests of Biltmore Estate.Biltmore tickets or an annual pass are required to visit all restaurants on the estate. For seasonal evening events, dinner reservations for all the guests in the party must have an evening-specific ticket or be an estate lodging guest. The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please be aware that you must have a valid paid estate admission ticket, be staying at Inn on Biltmore Estate or Village Hotel, or be a Biltmore Annual Passholder to dine on property. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis. The Bistro features contemporary American fare. Where do I begin? First, Posana is my absolute favorite restaurant in Asheville! When we decided to come up for Christmas, I immediately made our reservation. Second, the food, delicious and presentation is wonderful! Third, Logan was a delight to have serve us and the cute hostess Lilly, was a sweetheart. I just love Posana!

Our appetizers, meals, and drinks were delicious. We were sadly disappointed in the buckeye cake. Very dry! Service was excellent. My Christmas margarita was remarkable! I need to figure out the recipe for home. Overall WONDERFUL experience

We had a delicious meal at Blackbird last night. They have a great variety of options including many vegan options. We are so fortunate to have this restaurant here in Asheville. They are consistently one of the best options for dining out here!
