The restaurant prides itself on showcasing seasonal ingredients along with their own Deer, Jersey Cows and Iberian Pigs which are reared by Chef/Owner Brett Graham. After a 2 year hiatus, The Ledbury reopened with a new look dining room and their own in house Fungarium. The kitchen is being overseen by Head Chef Tom Spenceley and the dining room is headed up by General Manager Jack Settle.

Fergus Henderson’s original home of “Nose to Tail Eating” opened in a former smokehouse around the corner from Smithfield Market in 1994.Celebrating the finest of indigenous British produce and making the most of what is seasonally best whilst applying straight forward cooking techniques, St. John is now celebrated as one of the 50 Best Restaurants in the World and in 2009 was awarded its first Michelin Star.Nose to tail eating means that, where appropriate, every part of the animal should be put to good use in the kitchen and so along with Roast Beef and Lemon Sole, diners will find Rolled Pig’s Spleen, Kidneys and Ox Heart, Liver and Chitterlings as well as the Roast Bone Marrow & Parsley Salad, something of a ‘signature’ dish.

Goldies’ menu focuses on the use of a wood-fired grill, with a selection of small and large plates connected by rich, smoky flavours. The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery. Only ever been for a Sunday toast before (which I love) This week I had the gnocchi and it was absolutely delicious. Service was fantastic too.
