The restaurant prides itself on showcasing seasonal ingredients along with their own Deer, Jersey Cows and Iberian Pigs which are reared by Chef/Owner Brett Graham. After a 2 year hiatus, The Ledbury reopened with a new look dining room and their own in house Fungarium. Couldn’t have chose a better restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Anastasia was our personal host. She greeted us with a smile and she went above and beyond. The staff was friendly and professional - the food and drinks were exquisite. Some of our favourites were: crispy rice with guacamole and truffle as well as cauliflower bang bang taco. Also, the panacota was top notch. We will be coming back!
