Michelin-trained chef Edward Boarland along with business partner Dee Reid have launched a new concept restaurant, wine bar and florist at 12 Bow Lane in London, called Stem and Stem. we had a great team dinner, the menu options were good and the food was great. The restaurant has a lively energetic atmosphere and we were really pleased that out table of 12 had plenty of space

Excellent food . We ordered chicken wings and prawns . Both were full of flavours and succulent. In mains we ordered butter chicken and bihari lamb. The best butter chicken I had in recent past . Smoky twist was great. The only disappointing was the rice . We ordered bhune pyaz wala rice but it didn’t have single trace of onion. Remember you will have customers who know what pyaz means 😊

One of the best meals I’ve ever had which requires a revisit to be able to try other things on the menu. Superb service and loved the ambiance of the place. Best bread pudding dessert!

Every thing was fab .. although very chaotic checking in we were there at 7.30 prompt but never got seated till 7.45pm .. but at 9pm a lady came over and said we needed to leave as we had used our allocated 1hour 45mins - I kindly told her we were not seated till 7.45 and we would be leaving by 9.30. Our waitress who was well aware of our time frame was very apologetic. Only blip - our waitress was fab and food amazing .. views are stunning
