It is curated by our team to best reflect the vintages and compliment the menu offering. Hochi Mama was the God Mother of all aspiring street artists and rappers in the early nineties.     We had a variety of all bar one entree plus a half a Peking duck to share. That was PLENTY of food for 2 hungry people. We sat at the Chef's Counter so we could see the kitchen in operation. It also gave us the opportunity to talk to the Head Chef, Victor who was SO friendly and knowledgeable. He guided us through our selections, showing us the finer points of the preparation and presentation. Victor showed genuine interest in his customers and we fully enjoyed our experience at his restaurant.
