Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. A pursuit for knowledge was the stimulus and continues to be the driving force behind Chef Niven’s career. Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. The restaurant encompass traditional Indian home cooking, ingredient driven using local artisan purveyors. Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home. Excellent service and delicious food, the restaurant is a great addition to the Coral Gables culinary lineup. However the portions are very small which makes it necessary to double-up when ordering certain items.

Our server Luis was very attentive and never missed a beat, especially considering it was prime time on Saturday evening. The Filet Mignon & Grilled Branzino entrees were amazing. We ordered the Pomme Puree, White Chuafa, Mushroom, and Tallarines Verdes sides which were all delicious. We loved the Tallarines Verdes so much that we ordered another to go.
