A pursuit for knowledge was the stimulus and continues to be the driving force behind Chef Niven’s career. Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. The restaurant encompass traditional Indian home cooking, ingredient driven using local artisan purveyors. We had an amazing experience at Earls, thanks to our waitress, Addison. Her excellent service and sweet personality truly stood out. She made sure everything was perfect, checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was great, and Addison’s outstanding service took the experience to the next level. Highly recommend requesting her if you visit!

It was my first time visiting Platea (Pinecrest, FL) and we had a great experience. Our server Adan was friendly and professional. I ordered the 32 oz Tomahawk Rib Eye, which had a different taste than your typical rib eye. The seasoning used is Peruvian-inspired and was tasty. I shared it with my wife because it was a good-sized portion. We also liked the truffle fries. They were light and crispy with that unmistakable truffle taste. For dessert, we had the chocolate ganache cake which was ok but we liked "The Garden" which is a cheese cake-inspired dessert. Its creamy and not too sweet and surprisingly they add micro greens (arugula) which gives it an even better taste. I highly recommend this place. John 3:16

The chicken douglas is superb. I true gem. The snapper and pork parm stole the show. Amazingly great!! A must order appetizer are the mussels. Turnbull wine for the win. .

Outdoor seating on a beautiful evening. Great, attentive service delivered with a smile. Delicious food as always. And the birthday candle on the dessert was a thoughtful touch.
