We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday and they took amazing care of us. From watching over her allergies to taking great care of us when the kitchen missed a step, the manager she was awesome. Our server Amanda was the absolute best and cared for our staff very need. The food was phenomenal and it was wrapped up with an awesome Bourbon Pecan pie. Loved every bit. A pursuit for knowledge was the stimulus and continues to be the driving force behind Chef Niven’s career. Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. The restaurant encompass traditional Indian home cooking, ingredient driven using local artisan purveyors. Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home. I want them to smell the aromas and spices and get more engaged in their meal. One of the things that I always tell my cooks is, ask questions, be inquisitive if you don’t know. I want the same for my guests."
