Lunch at "The Chef and I" is packed full of flavor. Located in our "Backstage" area downstairs in a casual atmosphere, sit where you can see what's happening in our kitchen. Enjoy popular items like the smash burger melt, hot fish sandwich and roma crunch salad or indulge in the chef's favorites of marinated salmon and green chile chicken melt. The Chef and I is built on a love story between two people that began 15 years ago in Nashville, Tennessee. We serve innovative cuisine in a fun environment. Adele’s restaurant in Nashville is a partnership among Ken Levitan and Howard Greenstone of Red Pebbles Hospitality. The restaurant features an open kitchen with a large fireplace grill, wood-burning oven, white quarter-sawn oak bar, chef’s counter, and heated outdoor dining patio with umbrellas. The menu at Adele’s focuses on seasonal, accessible comfort food sourced from local farms and purveyors. The restaurant is open for dinner nightly and offers a wonderful weekend brunch from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Adele’s provides free parking in the first 2 rows of angled parking spots located directly in front of our building (validation required). If our parking lot is full, we offer validated parking in the parking lot across the street (1207 McGavock St.) or the parking garage behind Adele's (1222 Demonbreun St.). Oh my, Kace! Everything about this experience was so perfectly executed. The food was incredible from the first to the last bite. The ambiance felt transformative. The service from the ENTIRE staff was top notch. The music was just what we wanted. I look forward to many more visits to this place!

Our family group of four ate here for the first time while celebrating my mother's 91st birthday. The food and service were superb. Our dinner choices included Pelato Salad, Panelle, Radiatori Vodka, Chicken Parmigiana, Creamy Spinach, Polenta Bolognese, Roasted Mushrooms and Chicken Saltimbocca. My wife requires gluten-free options and the menu was very clear about that, although it was easy to lose track of those choices after the dishes arrived. Our server, Cayli, was outstanding in every way. She manages to be both friendly and effective - a real professional. Both the manager and owner visited our table; a nice touch. Highly recommended.

We have been to Adele‘s several times. This time we were celebrating two birthdays. The appetizers and main dishes were all excellent. Callouts to the cornbread and smoked duck leg. We all had drinks and the bartenders did a truly professional job as always. The budino dessert is absolutely worth the certain inch it adds to your waist line. Overall, kudos to Adele‘s for their maintenance of quality through the years. We will definitely be back!
