Adele’s restaurant in Nashville is a partnership among Ken Levitan and Howard Greenstone of Red Pebbles Hospitality. One of my favorite new spots for omakase. Definitely a great experience. The chefs, staff and management did a great job with this spot. It was definitely one of my favorite meals and I can’t wait to come back again.

Our family group of four ate here for the first time while celebrating my mother's 91st birthday. The food and service were superb. Our dinner choices included Pelato Salad, Panelle, Radiatori Vodka, Chicken Parmigiana, Creamy Spinach, Polenta Bolognese, Roasted Mushrooms and Chicken Saltimbocca. My wife requires gluten-free options and the menu was very clear about that, although it was easy to lose track of those choices after the dishes arrived. Our server, Cayli, was outstanding in every way. She manages to be both friendly and effective - a real professional. Both the manager and owner visited our table; a nice touch. Highly recommended.

What an amazing experience! This was our first time at the Authentique and we will definitely be back! The food was delicious, genuine French cuisine. They had the best crepes I’ve had in years! The wine selection was great and the service was friendly. I highly recommend this place, they even had live jazz music! A tout a l’heure, Authentique!
