Established in the heart of Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, Le Vallauris has been one of the highest rated restaurants in the Coachella Valley since its inception in 1973. The exquisite cuisine at Le Vallauris is prepared by Executive Chef, Jean-Paul Lair, who has graced the restaurant for over 25 years. The Historic Landmark was built in 1927 as a home for the Roberson family, who managed Palm Springs' first hotel, The Desert Inn. Many grand parties were held in the house for guests such as Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong and many more. From the minute we walked in, everything was great. The host was super friendly and took us right to our table. Several people came by for various reasons…menus, etc. Beth was our main server. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Food was amazing. It came in very generous portions. We will go back!

First of all , thank you to the amazing employees that make 849 so special, specifically Ruby. She is great. 849 is one of our regular spots. Love the GF, vegan/vegetarian dishes and non alcoholic options. (I do miss the cauliflower dish. Sorry… the cabbage just doesn’t work for me) Love you guys and thank you.
