Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

Todo muy bien, Solo sugiero poner música a volumen mas bajo, y música tranquila....... La gente va a comer rico y a platicar...no es discoteca... Todos los restaurantes han tendido a eso ultimamente, perdiendo el foco y el objetivo de lo que es un restaurante: comer Ojalá no sigan ustedes esa nefasta moda..... Gracias

Exelente lugar, innovador, muy buen sabor y presentacion, el personal tambien exelente. El bar de primera. La unica queja que tengo es la porcion de los patos principales, a doble de precio y un tercio del tamano de los snacks se me hace que no valen la pena. Lo demas si, mucho!

Great experience overall. Would definitely return. Our last course took a while to come out but the kitchen threw in an extra dish for free. Totally understandable because it was busy. Servers were very kind and fast.
