So poor vine collection, lots of food, some parts was not delicious

When setting down the different dishes we wished the server would explain what is on the plate. Identify the different sauces etc. I gave the food a 4 as my steak had a tendon??running through it so I ate around it.

The service and food quality is absolutely amazing. My wife and I have been trying to get reservations for years and finally we were successful on the evening of our 35th Anniversary. From the Hostess to the servers Adam, Godwin and the AGM Johann, everyone were super attentive and provided great input about the menu options chosen. The Steak Tarta & French onion Soup, both developed tastefully with the perfect combination of herbs & spices and creatively presented. The Brome Lake Duck and poached pear a perfect combination of sweet and acid complementing the tender meat of the pine- glazed Duck. The Lamb Rack, tender and tastefully matched with the white port jus and charred broccoli, made for a mouth watering pallet. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and ended it with a rich cappuccino and Black Forest gâteau which we romantically shared and now look forward to our next visit, hopefully soon.
