Michelin-recommended since 2022.We first imagined Aloette to be the perfect diner that we’d want to dine in – a menu with a great cheeseburger paired with a fantastic and fun wine list, a long row of bar stools facing the bar and the kitchen, and an energetic atmosphere accented with an old school hip hop playlist. The buzz of the dining room mirrors the energy of the street on Spadina Avenue; the dining room itself mimics a train’s dining car. It’s a bistro-meets-diner-meets-internationally-inspired menu which is also representative of the diverse culture in Toronto. Our service team is upbeat and genuine but also deeply knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. Brunch at Aloette was something we said we’d never do. But the city kept asking and we’re glad to be a new staple in the Queen West neighbourhood for mimosas, chicken and waffles, and piping hot coffees. We are so glad we chose The Sultan's Tent to celebrate our 40th Anniversary celebration with the family. From the moment we entered......everything was so good. The decor made you feel like you were in Morocco. Our server ABIGAIL went out of her to make our evening a night to remember. The food was delicious with good portion sizes.......recommend Braised Lamb Shank, Seafood Tagine and Braised Ribs. Of course the highlight of the evening was the Belly Dancers. Make The Sultan's Tent your go to restaurant for your next celebration or even a fun evening.
